Krisztiana provided a wonderfully warm welcome. Her attention to detail. The Cloud 9 bar offered fine views and a relaxed atmosphere. The bartenders, Tobi, Shahs, and Michal, were friendly. I greatly appreciated the professional service and enjoyable evening I spent there!!!

The swimming pool is quite deep. Families with children who cannot swim should be aware. I did not have any major issues, but this could be a concern for some families.

The hotel features wet and dry saunas, both kept in perfect condition. An indoor pool offers a refreshing option for exercise or relaxation. A summer beer garden managed by Martin overlooks the river. It provides a good outdoor experience.

The room overlooked an internal atrium, not offering any external view. this created a somewhat enclosed feeling. additionally, the minibar was empty, which i found inconvenient. i expected more from a hotel in this category. A stocked minibar is a basic amenity. the absence of it reminded me of a cost-cutting measure. It was certainly disappointing. the hotel needs to improve these aspects.

the staff speaks english. check-in was efficient. the restaurant outside the hotel had views. my stay was relaxing, i found the location quite convenient. the breakfast buffet included many choices. the hotel offered easy access to public transportation, i could travel around the city easily.

The air conditioning did not work well and the room was a rather uncomfortable temperature. It was difficult to sleep.

The staff at the front desk were helpful, providing quick assistance when i needed directions. They handled requests efficiently. communication was smooth, i had no issues getting my needs met. the team provided attentive service. I appreciated their support.

The breakfast buffet had diverse options, including fresh fruit. pastries and hot dishes. The variety was excellent. the hop house offered enjoyable food with a good atmosphere. the cloud 9 bar provided fine views. It was great.
